What time can I check in?
Our housekeeping finishes at 3:00 PM. However, it is often possible to collect the keycard earlier. You can also leave your luggage in storage at the hotel. However, this is at your own risk.
Can I enter the hotel at night?
Our hotel has a night entrance. You can open this using the keycard, which also works on your room door.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Certainly. We have nine standard rooms on the ground floor with a terrace. Pets are allowed in this room type. However, there is an additional charge for your pet's stay.
Is it possible to place an extra (baby) bed in the room?
That is possible. A surcharge applies to both baby beds and full-size extra beds. At least one extra bed fits in every room type. If two extra beds need to be placed, you will stay in a comfort room. These have a few extra square meters compared to the standard rooms. The maximum number of extra beds that can be placed is two per room.
Does the hotel have a bicycle storage area?
Absolutely. We have two bicycle sheds that are also equipped with a large number of charging points for electric bicycles.
Are there bicycles for rent at the hotel?
We have found a reliable partner with whom we can arrange bicycle rental for you. Both electric and "regular" bikes can be rented in advance or during your stay. They will be delivered to the hotel at 9:00 AM on the day of rental.
What are the breakfast times?
Our breakfast buffet is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 10:00. On weekends, it is open between 8:00 and 10:30. It is often possible to have breakfast earlier upon request. You can also order a breakfast package at the reception. You can then store this in the refrigerator in your room for use the following morning.
Is it possible to order a packed lunch?
You can order a packed lunch at the reception. You will receive this in the evening and can store it in the refrigerator in your room. Alternatively, upon requesting a packed lunch, you can put together your own from the items at the breakfast buffet. There is an additional charge for this.
Are there coffee or tea making facilities in the room?
All our rooms are equipped with a kettle. Tea bags and sugar are also provided. Instant coffee is not provided in the room by default. However, instant coffee sachets are available at the reception. It is, of course, more pleasant to enjoy a cup of fresh filter coffee in our brasserie.
Do I need to make a reservation for dinner as a hotel guest?
If you have booked a package, the three-course house menu is included. This is a daily changing menu with a choice of meat or fish for the main course. Our hotel guests who have not booked a package can also make use of this menu. Furthermore, we always have a table available in our restaurant for our hotel guests. In addition, we also offer an à la carte menu.
Does the hotel have air conditioning?
There is air conditioning in the restaurant and in the breakfast room. The comfort rooms are also equipped with air conditioning.
What are the dinner times?
The restaurant is open from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We appreciate it if guests start their dinner no later than 7:30 PM.
